Sedges (Carex sp.) start to turn yellow in the latter half of August, Dwarf birch (Betula nana) and willows (Salix sp.) in the beginning of September. The downy birches (Betula pubescens) at the boundary of the peatbog follow next. Arctic "Candle" spruces (Picea abies) behind, follow the development of colors.
